The 2014 F1 Calendar (Confirmed)......Or is it?

So today the World Motorsport Council approved the 2014 FIA Formula One World Championship calendar as follows:

Grand Prix of Korea (provisional)

Grand Prix of Monaco

Grand Prix of America, New Jersey (provisional*)

Grand Prix of Canada
22 June
Grand Prix of Austria
06 July
Grand Prix of Great Britain
20 July
Grand Prix of Germany (Hockenheim)
27 July
Grand Prix of Hungary
24 August
Grand Prix of Belgium
07 September
Grand Prix of Italy
21 September
Grand Prix of Singapore
05 October
Grand Prix of Russia (Sochi)
12 October

This means we have 22 races including new events in New Jersey, Austria, Russia and Mexico with India falling off the calendar for its planned 1 year hiatus.

Although this has been 'confirmed' by the FIA it does seem unlikely that it is going to finish like this. The triple header between Monaco / New Jersey / Canada really does not seem workable and 3 races are still provisional.

I personally would love to see the full 22 races make it as every extra race is more to watch and enjoy!
