The FIA World Motorsport council today met to agree the final calendar for 2014. The Calendar includes 19 races and see'd the removal of New Jersey, Korea and Mexico from the previous draft calendar:

The 2014 FIA Formula One World Championship calendar is confirmed as follows:

25/05 MCO Grand Prix of Monaco
08/06 CAN Grand Prix of Canada
22/06 AUT Grand Prix of Austria

12/10 RUS Grand Prix of Russia
02/11 USA Grand Prix of USA (Austin)
09/11 BRA Grand Prix of Brazil
23/11 ARE Grand Prix of Abu Dhabi

The interesting point here is that in 2015 we are expecting the return of India and hopefully the New Jersey race giving us a 21 race calendar next year. Bernie Ecclestone has been quoted today as going out in support of the NJ event being included in'15.

You will also note that the season ends at Abu Dhabi rather than Brazil for the first time since 2010 due to tests being scheduled immediately after the Yas Marina event.
